card lottery is to increase diversity within the United States
by rewarding random lottery applicants, from numerous countries,
with US visas.
Winners are selected only after completing an entry from for the
DV-2009, and submitting it in a timely manner, complete and without
any errors. Any minor errors or late submissions will significantly
decrease your chances of being selected in the DV-2009
Green card Lottery.
