To make selecting the right oil even easier a picture is sent direct to their phone
of which oil to choose so they can recognise it instantly on the shelves - or just
show the image on their mobile to the retailer.

comes back straight away.
That information can then be used when the oil is bought which is good news for the

To access the service using their WAP-enabled mobile, motorists just text the word
OIL to 83080 (United Kingdom and Northern Ireland) or to 57778 (Republic of
Ireland).
“The user experience is excellent. This is immediate and the recommendation comes
back straight away. This means it can be used at point of purchase, which is good
